Using Zastify

You must meet the minimum legal age to consent to online services in your country and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your devices, account access, pairing decisions, and activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Zastify to break the law, exploit or harm others, distribute malware, harass people, send unlawful content, interfere with service operation, evade security controls, scrape the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not pair with or send content to people without a legitimate basis to contact them.

Your content

You retain rights in content you create and share. You grant Zastify only the limited rights needed to transmit, store, and process encrypted payloads and related metadata to operate the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to anything you share and for the recipients you choose.

Private beta

Features may change, fail, or be unavailable during the beta. Do not rely on Zastify as your only means of emergency communication, permanent storage, or legally required recordkeeping. Calling quality depends on device permissions, networks, and relay availability.

Security

End-to-end encryption protects supported payloads in transit and at rest on Zastify infrastructure, but it cannot protect content after a recipient opens it or when an endpoint is compromised. Keep your device, operating system, credentials, PIN, and backups secure.

Service changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve or protect the service. We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or are required to be restricted by law. You may stop using Zastify and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Zastify is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zastify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to hello@zastify.in.
